An IT veteran with more than 25 years of experience in large-scale operations and information technology projects in the health insurance sector, Rob provides overall leadership and strategic direction for NorthWinds® and provisions technology services to a number of Delta Dental Member Companies and their subsidiaries.
Rob is known for sporting NorthWinds gear ALL the time – including in his latest family photo! Originally from Massachusetts, with pitstops in Texas and Wisconsin, Rob, his wife, two kids and old tuxedo cat call Virginia home. He likes to say that Virginia is the “Goldilocks” of weather (not too hot and not too cold). When Rob isn’t working, he enjoys taking his wife (and kids if they’ll join them) out to dinner, weightlifting/running, and spending time in/near any body of water (ocean, lake, or pool).

“I like this one because there is way too much time and money wasted in companies that gloss over tough conversations and don’t actively mine for agreement (and disagreement) in virtually every aspect of client and team interactions/commitments. We live in a digital age and time is of the essence. I strongly believe that healthy conflict drives superior business results.”
