With 27 years of experience in technology, security, and risk services, Jeff is an innovative leader with a background in strategic planning, alliance building, and leading large, complex teams in creating new experiences for customers.
Jeff is our executive who has lived in the most states. As a baby he spent his first few years in Eagan Minnesota, and then moved to Roscoe Illinois. His high school days were spent in Lake Villa IL, and he went to college in Milwaukee WI at Marquette. Jeff worked in Milwaukee and Madison before moving to Stevens Point, WI here he lives today. Jeff and his older (by 1 year) female wife named Celeste have been happily married for 20 years this year. Their family includes three boys Colin, (27), Jacob (19), Max (17), and two small dogs – Scout and Oliver. Colin lives in Plover WI and works for Sentry Insurance. Jacob just graduated high school this year and will start University in Minnesota in August. Max will be a Junior in high school and is a competitive weightlifter. In his free time, his family enjoys traveling together. So far, they have traveled half of the US in a camper/RV, and been to Italy, Canada, Mexico, Curacao and Dominican Republic together.
Jeff’s favorite Fundamental is Keep Things Fun.
“We spend the majority of awake hours at work, we need to be challenged and we need to have fun. I always try to bring a “lightness” to our meetings and interactions. This puts people at ease and hopefully allows them to think and work without pressure and to do their best work. If we can’t have fun doing this, we should find something else to do.”
